Oh happy day (oh happy day) !!!

Guys, I made it !!!

I really lost 3,2kg. This morning I weighted myself and I lost it. I really didn't believe in it. I was so down... But know I know, everything is possible if you want ;)

But today I'll slow down my diet. The last days I was eating few stuff only. Went great cause I worked a lot. I wasn't that hungry. I just made the crash diet because I wanted to lose fast the 3,2kg. But from now on, slow again.


I'll start my old diet plan again:

- 3 meals a day
- between every meal 5h break minimum
- work out regularly
- no carbs in the evening

Work out regularly means a workout plan. I hitted the gym 3-4 times a week, but only when I felt to do something. There was no routine anymore. Sometimes I went M, T, W and the rest of the week I didn't. That's why I made a plan again. You'll find below.
No carbs in the evening means no bread, rice, pasta or sweats. But I won't cut fruits. Because I like them too much. Love to eat a watermelon in the evening or cherries...

Do you remember my first goal? (Post July 3). I still want to loose that 3kg until August 2. 10 days left.
I won't weight myself every day anymore from today on. I guess every second or third day. Depends how I feel. But interesting is the average value of my lost pounds (friday - friday). So, the first one you'll get this friday July 26.

I also though about to cut any sweats and sugar for whole 21 days. Don't know yet if I'll do. Because I love to eat a cookie or a lion or mr. tom :P I'll let you know, if I am ready to do that. Maybe I'll start to eat just once a week.

Or do you have any tips how I can handle without getting a snack attack? Don't hesitate to contact me or to write a comment :)

Oh, almost forgot to tell you my meals from the last day. I had a greeaaat breakfast again: oatmeal (50g oats heated up in the microwave with water and 100ml 1,5% milk) with 1/2 apple and cinnamon. For lunch a yellow pepper and an apple. For dinner 250ml tomato juice heated up with one tbsp olive oil and fresh parsley, basil and black pepper. Some walnuts late night snack :)

Fitness: 20min cardio, 40min exercise

I won't workout every day. It is an orientation. Guess 4-5times a week.

It works...

Yeah, yesterday morning (20th july) I weight myself and I lost 1,9kg. Well, I think I just had a lot in my stomach.
What did I eat?

Breakfast: 150g 3,5% yoghurt with some walnuts & raspberries. I love the full fat yoghurt. The taste is much better and it makes me feel really full.

Lunch: a whole cantaloupe melon (approx. 600g)

Dinner: some cherry tomatoes & 200ml tomato juice

Fitness: 1h cardio (643kcal)

Yesterday I had a great breakfast. 4 egg whites with 1/2 red pepper and fresh herbs (basil & parsley) all heated up in the pan. I added some raw stuff also 1/2 avocado an 3 cherry tomatoes.

Lunch: 1/2 cantaloupe melon (280g) & a peach

Dinner: small thai vegetable soup & a palmful walnuts

Oh oh oh, no!

Ok, i am back from vacation. And I gained 3,2kg the last 10 days. Can't believe :(
I just hope it is still all the food in my stomach and bowel. No seriously, I've gotta make it now. I want it so bad. First I wanna loose the gained kilos.

Plan for the next 3 days is to eat a good and healthy breakfast like scrambled egg whites with vegetable or yoghurt with fruits or bread with avocado... whatever I'll like to eat - BUT small portions & healthy.  The rest of the day I'll eat just cantaloupe melon. Very low in calories and good tasting. 
I am so sad right know. But I'll gonna DO THIS!!! Cause --> I can do THIS :)

Motivation Italia


I am going to Italy in 4 days for vacation. Sun, summer & SEA. I need to lose 2 kilo in the next four days to feel comfy at the beach. 
The last days has been horrible. I was working for a fashion brand and they had so much good (and bad) food at the fair. Back at home I ate sweets to relax and yesterday slices of pizza and anti pasti :( ...feeling to full and just bad right now. I don't know why I can't stop, when I am full. I guess this is just a bad week. I lost control a bit. 
So, that's why I am gonna do a shake-diet the next 3 days. Maybe also monday, but first goal is 3 days. I don't know yet which kind of shakes I am gonna drink. But i'll start with banana.

recipe banana shake:

100ml low fat milk
200ml water
1 small banana
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

---> put all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy :)

The Weighting Drama.


Ok, a bit about my story and what I want to do or compass with this blog. I've started a year ago with a diet. I just felt uncomfortable whit my body. I started with 73kg and lost in 6 month 11kg with a healthy  new nutrition. I ate 3-times a day, 5h between every meal and not later than 8pm. But I wasn't able to maintain this weight. I started to developed a sweet-love. Didn't really liked pure chocolate or haribo before. But suddenly I've loved it. I gain back to 64/65kg. And this is where the drama begun!

In the last 8 month I've tried to lose The Last Five kilo. Up & down, up & down and up & down - everyday. My nutrition started to be a mix of super unhealthy, like sweets and fat foods in the evening, and super low calorie, like salad only or not more than 500-800kcal a day. I always felt sad and only happy, when I lost one or two pounds. Which came back with every snack attack.

And now I am done! I just want to lose the last five kilo without any crash diet or bad feeling. I lost my discipline and want it to get back. I wanna start with 3-meal-day and more sport again. 
I am gonna post every meal I made, if its possible to make a pic. I am gonna write down every workout and my weight. I'm giving me one month to lose the first 3 kilo. On the second day of August I needed to lose 3 kilo.

Now it's public and I have to do this :)
