Ok, i am back from vacation. And I gained 3,2kg the last 10 days. Can't believe :(
I just hope it is still all the food in my stomach and bowel. No seriously, I've gotta make it now. I want it so bad. First I wanna loose the gained kilos.
Plan for the next 3 days is to eat a good and healthy breakfast like scrambled egg whites with vegetable or yoghurt with fruits or bread with avocado... whatever I'll like to eat - BUT small portions & healthy. The rest of the day I'll eat just cantaloupe melon. Very low in calories and good tasting.
I am so sad right know. But I'll gonna DO THIS!!! Cause --> I can do THIS :)

Goal for monday morning: 65,5kg (22.07.2013)
