Motivation Italia


I am going to Italy in 4 days for vacation. Sun, summer & SEA. I need to lose 2 kilo in the next four days to feel comfy at the beach. 
The last days has been horrible. I was working for a fashion brand and they had so much good (and bad) food at the fair. Back at home I ate sweets to relax and yesterday slices of pizza and anti pasti :( ...feeling to full and just bad right now. I don't know why I can't stop, when I am full. I guess this is just a bad week. I lost control a bit. 
So, that's why I am gonna do a shake-diet the next 3 days. Maybe also monday, but first goal is 3 days. I don't know yet which kind of shakes I am gonna drink. But i'll start with banana.

recipe banana shake:

100ml low fat milk
200ml water
1 small banana
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

---> put all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy :)
